Unfortunately the window rolls had an issue and could not close well. So I had to wake up with the sunrise. Hôtel staff was genuinely trying to help.

Very pleasent service. Marlene was so helpful and her professional and positive presence on the rooftop made our experience so much more pleasant. Champagne that was waiting in our room was a nice touch. Whole staff was trying really hard to be as welcoming as possible.

We had a minor miscommunication about spa. We scheduled it at certain hour. Day after we realised that we wont be able to be on time for our scheduled spa time due to our scheduled tour. So we checked with reception if postponment would be possible, which we received a positive answer on. But once we came for rescheduled time, receptionist that took over from a person that we rescheduled with was unaware of our rescheduled request. Therefore we didnt get to experience the spa.
Perfect! After three weeks traveling through Portugal and Spain, my wife and I found ourselves at the Antigua for our last night and it was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The decor is stunning and the hotel, spa and pool sparkling clean. The plunge pool and rooftop was the perfect oasis after wandering the streets of Palma. We enjoyed the spa and breakfast and loved both. We had a very special stay and didn’t want to leave!
