Airport pickup and location are good and ideal. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast options are limited and the kitchen/cashier staff are not friendly.

What I found uncomfortable was that the price for the meal was US21, then she billed me for US28.99. When I inquired why it came to so much, she added gratuity. She charged me an extra US7.99, which is 33%. My feelings were why she charged me an amount like that without asking me or telling me if I wanted to pay that and what percentage. She just took it. I did not like her behavior. The shuttle to Port Miami was disappointing. I had made arrangements to go on the 12 noon trip, but the bus left 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, so I had to get an Uber and that wasn't nice.

I had requested for 4 days the late check-out at 12:00 instead of 11:00, and systematically at 11:00 every morning they would knock on my door to leave because the cleaning ladies who were supposed to see the late check-out never showed up.
