The cleanliness. One day during the stay they forgot to clean the room.

We really liked the possibility of having free water to refill our bottles and coffee every morning. The room was clean and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location quite convenient to move around the city.

The mini fridge did not have a good smell and the sound insulation between the rooms was not exceptional. Also, as comfortable as it is, the subway is not very close to the main attractions, which are about half an hour away, even though they are very well connected.

The location is fabulous, next to the Convention metro and very well connected to the city. We love this neighborhood - there is a more local than touristy atmosphere and it is well-served - supermarkets nearby, places to eat and drink everywhere, and since we like to walk, it was a plus to be able to walk to the Seine and reach the Eiffel Tower on foot.

We found it quite noisy, even being in the inner part of the hotel. You can hear a lot of the transportation in the area - I suppose it's because of the location.
