Nothing, just a pity that there are works in front, it spoils the view of the room overlooking the Marina a bit
So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!

To specify something, I would prefer a bed with a more uniform mattress.
The location, the friendliness of the staff, the very large, clean and panoramic room (on the 31st floor!). Everything is taken care of in detail to ensure customer comfort.

There is no real lobby. Upon entering the hotel, there are no sofas to sit on, despite the spaces being there
Our room was very comfortable, but the Staff were exceptional. We particularly want to mention Brandon who welcomed two weary travellers at Reception and met us again and farewelled us when we left. The Concierge Hakim went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the most of our Singapore stopover.
