Door lock failed (flat battery) although it got immediate attention when I reported it. Bed was a little soft for my liking but that's just me (I have a bad back).
The staff were delightful ! Well placed for the shopping Mall. , the harbour centre and view. Extremely convenient for Canada Place if you are taking a cruise .

Excellent choice for exploring Vancouver with family. We particularly appreciated the location, which allows easy walking access to Gastown, Canada Place, and much of Downtown. The family room was comfortable, spacious, and very practical for four. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast of very good quality, with enough choices to satisfy the whole family. After several days of road trip, we also appreciated finding all the comfort of a very good hotel in the city center.

Nothing really negative to report. As in many hotels located in the heart of a big city, the environment is obviously very urban, but that's precisely what we were looking for at this stage.

Two double beds were very comfortable, the large sofa bed was too soft for me but my sister found it super comfy. Bathroom was fine, lovely walk-in shower. Aircon worked superbly well and was very quiet. Location absolutely perfect, just 5 mins walk from Waterfront Station. Staff were super helpful.

When the sofa bed was out there wasn’t a huge amount of room in the lounge but that’s just a tiny niggle, I’d definitely stay at this hotel again if I were visiting Vancouver.
