Durante o Booking estava tudo bem com a reserva; porem do nada recebia uma mensagem do hotel reportando um erro com os cartoes de credito e ja cancelando a reserva ; eu recebendo as mensagens ja a caminho do hotel sem outro local reservado para estadia e vinha acompanhada com o meu filho menor. Foi angustiante!! felizmente ficou de imediato ultrapassado todo o contrangimento a chegada ao hotel com a simpatia e expertise da equipa recepcionista.

The location isn't great, a lot of homeless around the area. Paying for $52 parking on top of $600/night was a little ridiculous.
We got upgraded to a corner suite on the 13 floor the view was amazing especially at night you could just sit on the bed and watch the world going by
