The staff was very helpful. We received accommodation in a higher category. The pool is very pleasant. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The view from the balcony of the buffaloes was like being in a national park. Fantastic. The water dispenser was a great idea.

This was a good stay, nothing too spectacular, big bed, clean and tidy space. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but the little that I had was very pleasant. Would definitely go again. The area is a bit isolated, not in a scary or worrying way, just in a way that you are fully aware of the isolation so that is something to consider depending on the type of person you are. It is close to the local airport and Grab is readily available and affordable on the island. In short, definitely worth it!

I booked this hotel through Booking.com thinking that it is just next to Chenang road at the beachside (mentioned while booking). However, this is completely out of the Chenang beach area and one has to travel by taxi (no other means) to come to the beachside, which was 2.5 KM. However, when looking at the quality of the hotel, I find it was great since it was brand new at the time I traveled. Cozy room with a nice bed and linen, good interiors, cleanliness, and with good amenities. However, just a paddy field view which was not great. No nearby restaurants to eat since it was Eid holiday. I noted a few at the corner but it was closed so even to eat something I had to travel by taxi to Chenang beach. The hotel does not have a restaurant though they provide breakfast (included) but hopeless - just white bread, butter and jam, eggs. You have to get it cooked, toast and prepare yourself and there were no attendants/waiters to even ask where I can find some salt or oil to cook my eggs. All self-service - very much unmanaged and dirty kitchen. So the breakfast and location part was a bit disappointing for me. Good things were that I could easily find a taxi using the GRAB app. Wifi was free but poor connection and speed. Cost-wise just okay - I rather suggest finding numbers of hotels right on the Chenang beach side.
