Upon arrival, I found the water dispenser of the coffee machine in my room dirty. At breakfast, on three consecutive days, I found dirty cups, including cups with coffee grounds and lipstick marks. I reported the issue to different members of staff and was told they were aware of it and looking into it, but the problem continued during my 3-day stay. If an issue is known, I would expect extra manual checks until it is resolved. For me, this is not just about a few dirty cups. It affects the overall feeling of care and cleanliness throughout the hotel. This significantly impacted my experience and fell well below what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Our room was a bit dirty and dusty. Out bedsheet had a brown disgusting stain when we checked in the room and the walls in the bathroom as well. We told the staff and they offered a clean bedsheet for us to make the bed ourselves or to change to a different room with separate beds. We ended up making our own bed in our dirty room ... wasn't a pleasant experience to be expected from an NH hotel. Also, the room was dark and the window was facing the neighbours window which made us feel luke we have no privacy since we were able to see through theirs so clearly . The curtain was shaped in a way it could only close all the way so the room is completely dark , it would be nice if we could close it halfway.
