parking a bit far, there is no possibility to stop in front of the hotel so you have to walk a bit with the luggage; room a bit noisy, on the street.
We loved everything about this hotel. It has the best location in the area: across the street is the beach. The hotel is on the beautiful boulevard Promenade des Anglais, the most important attraction and iconic landmark in the city, Nice’s beating heart. The hotel is also in the middle of the old town, the hotel is a walking distance away from almost all landmarks in Nice. It has a nice breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The only thing you should know is that you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs because it has no elevators. Otherwise the hotel is simply excellent.

No elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs is just horrible for our back. Since there is no elevator, the hotel should hire a concierge to help the people with their luggage. Or bring those three wheels carriage that climbs the stairs (they have those in Venice). This issue must be addressed, because everything else is great about the hotel.

The room is a bit small for the price, for those traveling with pets there is not even a small welcome kit
It was well appointed, in a great location, offered nice amenities and a delicious breakfast. The staff was wonderful!
