AC is controlled centrally. During the day it was a little cold and during the night a little hot (thankfully the windows could be opened).

2部屋を予約した中の1部屋が空調の不具合で冷房が切にならず、毛布を借りて一晩過ごしました。気付いて業者が入ったのが最終日で夜遅くまで部屋に業者がいた状態だったので落ち着かなかった。

This is a lovely luxury hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, amazing view from the top floor where excellent breakfast is served.

It’s a very expensive way of staying in Seoul, I’d recommend Insadong instead; still really Central but with more affordable prices.
