The hotel parking was too expensive
The staff is five star! We had an issue at checkin that was resolved a timely manner. They ALL (front desk, house keepers, doormen, valet, maintenance, restaurant & manager) are friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we wish the beds were a bit more comfortable 🧸

We traveled so fast that we couldn't take advantage of the hotel

i would have preferred a buffet breakfast. while the room was quiet in general, the connecting door allowed for loud conversation at night, from the adjoining room, to be heard in my room. the air conditioning was veeeeery cold in the common areas.
