A super chic, luxurious hotel - we were thrilled. The beach is fantastic, almost like in the Maldives :-) The service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. The hotel's facilities are very high-quality & elegant. The pool is a bit small, but we were mostly at the beach anyway. The sun loungers were placed where you wished, including the beach towels. The food in the various restaurants (Beach, Pool, Italian..) was always perfect and very tasty. Our room was huge with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains and nature. A perfect stay and we will definitely come back!

I had a manicure and pedicure, ask for Sone, she was very professional and very cordial. I also had a facial and massage, ask for Sayaka, she has a very good technique. I asked for a deep massage and she also knew what products to use for the facial. I give them 5 out of 5.

We stayed at The Kahala Resort on August 8 (Room 720) to celebrate my son’s birthday, as we do every year. This time, I especially want to recognize Richard, who was working at the pool. He was incredibly kind and attentive. He helped us with our pool wristbands when we were looking for a spot, and when we needed towels after swimming, he personally brought them to us even though the towels had run out. He also made sure my son and his friends had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday. Another staff member who was working at the pool with Richard between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. was also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I truly appreciate both of them. Thank you, Richard and the pool team, for making my son’s birthday even more special.
