What a lovely property with such friendly staff and truly brilliant facilities! The pool was fabulous, the food was delicious, and I particularly loved the in-room massage. The whole vibe felt so relaxing and welcoming, and the team were wonderfully kind and helpful during my stay.

What a lovely hotel from start to finish! The team were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and really comfortable. The location is brilliant, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. The airport transfers were spot on, too. We absolutely loved our stay and would be delighted to return – highly recommended!

Our accommodation was exceptionally spacious, and the staff were remarkably courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was both abundant and excellent. The property is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood, within a brief ride of the principal tourist district. Thank you; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here last month, and our experience was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable. Unfortunately, although the staff remained just as professional and welcoming during our second visit, the condition of our room was extremely disappointing. Several maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort. The shower had very low water pressure, and despite waiting 5–10 minutes, we still could not get hot water. The toilet spray gun was leaking, and most concerning of all, the toilet had not been properly grouted or finished. These issues are disappointing and should not be overlooked, as basic bathroom facilities and proper maintenance are essential to a comfortable guest experience. It is a real shame because the staff deserve praise for their excellent hospitality. However, the room condition did not meet the standard we experienced during our first visit. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address these maintenance issues to ensure future guests receive the quality of accommodation they expect. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the room condition and maintenance fell well below expectations.
