The spa receptionist/manager was very rude. The noise from the street traffic was very loud during the night

The location was excellent. Not even 5 minutes from the metro and the Acropolis. Plaka Old Town was also only a few minutes away. The room was small but clean. The rooftop bar simply has a brilliant view.

The food at the hotel is very expensive.

Oh my! This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far. From the staff, room, to our exquisite couples massage. Everything was excellent! If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with excellent customer service look no further!

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. The rooftop restaurant was incredible. The bed and linens were great.

The see-thru bathroom with no privacy. There was a terrace listed but there was no terrace. The room was very small as was the bed. Listing said soundproof windows but they were not.
