Payment – Refund Request I paid for my stay through Booking.com, but the hotel subsequently charged my credit card, which I had provided for the security deposit. This resulted in a duplicate payment, and I am requesting a refund of the amount charged by the hotel. I also contacted the hotel through the Booking.com app and have been waiting for over a day without receiving any response. I am disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and the lack of communication from the hotel. I am giving this stay a rating of 7 solely because of this issue. Apart from the duplicate charge and the lack of response, my experience was satisfactory. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.
The room was very good, albeit a modest size. The bathroom was modern and everything worked well: hot shower, strong flush , good sink, tissues. The location was very good, just a few blocks from the Art Museum and some decent restaurants.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom

The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and poor. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our four-day stay, no one came to clean our room. We asked about it, but were simply told that the cleaning staff had already left for the day. No alternative or solution was offered. Overall, the housekeeping service was very poor and definitely affected our experience.
