The room was very good, albeit a modest size. The bathroom was modern and everything worked well: hot shower, strong flush , good sink, tissues. The location was very good, just a few blocks from the Art Museum and some decent restaurants.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom

The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and poor. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our four-day stay, no one came to clean our room. We asked about it, but were simply told that the cleaning staff had already left for the day. No alternative or solution was offered. Overall, the housekeeping service was very poor and definitely affected our experience.
