The location
First we were in a room, I paid for a room for 2 people and we were given a room with a 1 and a half bed, obviously it was not comfortable. Luckily the staff was able to change our room at midnight, and the new room had dirty towels as they smelled unwashed or used, additionally the check-out was at 11 am but since they gave us 'another room as a help' they asked us to leave at 10 am since the other guests were checking in at 11 am. A very bad experience indeed.
The staff were all extremely pleasant and courteous, the room was comfortable and pleasant the breakfast buffet offered great choices

The location is such that it is a bit noisy (street noises) at night. I do not like it when the toilets are inside the bathroom.
