Les chambres sont petites (pas possible de garder 2 valises ouvertes et de circuler dans la chambre) mais bien aménagées. L’hôtel dispose de 3 laves linge et 3 sèches linges, mais souvent occupés
Clean, impeccable business hotel. The onsen is located in the main building, but I was initially booked into another APA hotel nearby. The reception kindly moved me into the main building so I would not have to walk in my bathrobe across the Shinjuku area at night. The staff overall was very polite and helpful: my room felt cold, they brought up a blanket and a small heater.

Rude and unprofessional staff will treat you disrespectfully. You won't be able to breathe in the stuffy and cramped rooms. You'll get sick due to poor hygiene. You'll be harassed because of the poor location. 失礼でプロ意識に欠けるスタッフにぞんざいに扱われます。息苦しく狭い部屋で呼吸もままなりません。劣悪な衛生状態のため、体調を崩すでしょう。立地の悪さから、嫌がらせを受ける可能性もあります。 Грубый и непрофессиональный персонал будет относиться к вам неуважительно. Вам будет трудно дышать в душных и тесных комнатах. Вы заболеете из-за плохой гигиены. Вас будут донимать из-за неудачного расположения.
