Location. Loads of restaurants nearby and excellent transport links ( 5mins from Metro) Rooms were large and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful Lovely breakfast. Plugs next to bed!

Bar closed early Saturday night when we got back from hockey.

Impossible de dormir sur le matelas du sofa, une horreur, 10 cm de ressorts directement au contact du corps. Personnel très peu aimable pour arranger la situation. Petit déjeuner mauvais. Nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet hôtel. Très regrettable.
Huone oli iso jossa oli myös pieni keittiö ja laskutilaa. Sänky oli iso ja hyvä, sopivan pehmeä. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut melua. Suihkussa oli hyvä vedenpaine.

Kokolattiamatosta en kovinkaan paljon pidä. Suihku/amme veti hieman hitaasti. Siivoojat jättivät huoneeseen likaisen, revityn ja vähän märän pyyhkeen jonka jättivät avonaisen matkalaukun päälle ja vaatteita oli lattialla siivouksen jälkeen vaikka ne oli siirretty pois siivojien tieltä ennen heidän tuloa. Kasvopyyhkeet katosivat ensimmäisen siivouskerran jälkeen eikä niitä enää näkynyt.
