Excellent team - from the security at the gate and entrance, the staff at the reception, the servers and lady-in-charge of tea at Sesame, the smiling and courteous gentleman at the swimming pool, room service members - each and every person really personified excellent customer service with a smile. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist us. The birthday cake and decoration in the room was truly appreciated. Would recommend Hyatt Centric Juhu to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay!

Though the hotel did not give a Hyatt look, overall we were pretty pleased with our 5 nights stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. After realising my daughter was celebrating her birthday they went an extra mile to make the day memorable by offering multiple cakes. Also on our check out day, after breakfast they gave us a small parting gift in the form of a mini- cake - small gestures but went a long way to uphold the great hospitality on display.

the only issues we had were the breakfast spread - they were decent - but not the tastiest. also the oerall decor made the rooms look poorly lit due to predominantly black interiors.
