Although a bit far from the beach, it was nice to relax in a spacious room for the price and having a small swimming pool was also good. It was a bit inconvenient to only receive 2 towels and 1 toilet paper per day, but still satisfied with the cleanliness. It was very convenient to have a Korean Coway water purifier.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was large. There was also a place to dry laundry on the balcony. We went on a mangrove tour from the accommodation for 90 ringgit, and they provided convenient pick-up and drop-off services. The downside is that the hairdryer is too small and weak. There were no ants or bugs. It seems they clean if you put a sign on the door.

Shopping malls, arcades, and the beach are all within walking distance, so the location is good. It's difficult because it gets cold when you turn on the air conditioner and it doesn't adjust, but it gets hot when you turn it off.

It’s a luxury palace with no services. The property is excellent but it’s managed by kids as They are doing the check in and check out . I was looking for a help suddenly I found the receptionist swimming in the pool . They are not offering any kind of help even I have to tell them about cleaning my room , one day I didn’t tell them they didn’t clean. Hotel restaurant is not working. I can’t order any thing through the phone ( no phone in my room ) they negatively affected my vacation I don’t know really what to say.

Located in the center of Pantai Cenang, it is conveniently located for shopping. You can reach the mall in about 8 minutes. The pool is not very large, but it is ideal for children to play. The room was spacious and nice.
