Fiquei por 3 noites. Cheguei às 21h de domingo à noite e havia um grande saco de lixo preto cheio de lençóis sujos na frente da minha porta. Falei com a recepção na manhã seguinte e eles removeram o saco. Quando voltei na segunda-feira à tarde, outro saco preto cheio de lençóis sujos estava na frente da minha porta. Na última noite, havia 2 sacos de lençóis sujos perto da minha porta (unidade 202). Não foi muito agradável entrar e sair do meu quarto diariamente com roupa suja na frente da minha porta. Ótima equipe, manutenção interna ruim.

The perfect location, and in just one day I was able to tour the city. The reception from the staff, especially Marcela, was very kind and empathetic. The room was very clean, we loved it.
