Dirty room, loud noise outside the windows almost all night. The ventilation system in the room was not working properly throughout the stay. No one cleaned the room during the entire stay.

The hotel's location across the street from the train station is very convenient, especially when returning from it. The room was clean, good breakfast, bathroom with nice lighting

The room lacked slippers/maybe a bathrobe/ear swabs. The window cannot be opened for ventilation because they are very large and only open fully. The fire alarm went off at 5:40 in the morning the day before departure, everyone had to evacuate to the street, but there was no communication from the hotel staff about whether everything was okay and how long everyone had to stay outside at such an early hour. The hairdryer in the room was not working, we asked to fix it, but it was not done; luckily, they provided a spare, less powerful one

Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, a great large walk-in shower. Large closet, many storage options, large safe, and coffee and tea facilities were also available. Furthermore, there was a great breakfast with a variety of coffee options and everything needed for a good start to the day. A special safety feature was that the elevator could only be operated with the key card

The view was poor, you could see directly into the rooms opposite, the distance was maybe about 15 m, which of course worked both ways since there were no curtains on the windows, so to protect yourself from prying eyes, you had to close the black blackout curtains. Additionally, the air conditioning was very weak and difficult to operate. There were no storage options in the bathroom for a toiletry bag or similar.
