We had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Rimu at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. I also want to give a special thank you to Mayrose from houseperson, who was working at night and kindly delivered our toothbrushes and extra blankets when we needed them. We really appreciated her help and kindness. Overall, everyone made us feel very welcome, and we would definitely stay here again!

The stay was so relaxing and so convenient. Nori our 5th floor housekeeper was so kind and greeted us every time with a smile! She made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. Everyone from the front desk, the coffee cafe, and housekeepers were great!

The location is lowkey for busy Waikiki which I favored greatly. The atmosphere is charming and laidback. The hideout restaurant is absolutely delicious. Christie was my server through the week—her hospitality and charm were bar none and I appreciated her care and attention through my week stay!
