It's been almost a month and we still haven't received our deposit back

No parking, they charge an additional $91.00 and it was full so they sent me to a public one two blocks away, the beds were very small, I wanted coffee and the coffee maker was filthy inside and smelled very bad, I stayed with 4 more people and they only gave us 2 towels and if we wanted more we had to pay extra, the room was supposed to be for 5 and the sofa bed had a hole in the mattress, we had to sleep on the floor... We asked for a room change and they told me the hotel was full... terrible experience.
