From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I could need. I especially loved the attention to detail—from the quality of the linens to the thoughtful amenities. The food and service were exceptional, and the entire atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and relaxing. Every interaction—from check-in to checkout—was smooth and pleasant. The property was undergoing renovations. But we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is still nice, the included breakfast was outstanding, and the location is great. We will be back.

Charleston Santa Teresa Hotel has all the positives expected of a 5-star hotel: impeccable residence, superb food and restaurant, amazing architecture both internal and out - - - - - What I appreciate MOST about Charleston Santa Teresa is the pleasures of a 5-star resort without ANY of the pretentiousness or snobbery which is usually associated with luxury. I would highlight the staff of the hotel most of all as being friendly, involved, respectful, understanding, polite, and appropriate. - - - I am a traveler who presents as an adult-aged woman of color, I felt welcomed in the Santa Teresa. There was zero being questioned about my stay. There was no being treated as if I were expected or encouraged to leave. No one, not fellow guests nor staff, questioned me nor made me feel unwelcome. My stay was divine. I will stay here the next time I travel to this area. I will recommend the Santa Teresa to anyone and I strongly encourage you to stay there.
