Glass door to the bathroom was broken, socks from other guests found, insufficient and broken lighting. New shower towels are stored in the stairwell, accessible to all, mattresses worn out, no restaurant in the hotel anymore

The facilities were clean and modern. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. I also loved the fact that Bonus grocery store was just a block away and the Fjarhusid Hlemmur food court was just a few blocks away.

I had superior double rooms with a queen bed reserved, but due to availability, we were given a room with twin beds. On the upside, we were permitted to check in an hour early.

The hotel is cozy and well-maintained, close to the city center and the cathedral, within walking distance. You can park your car near the entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I had a good time and would definitely come back. Thank you!
