Very spacious room, fully equipped for cooking, and very comfortable bed. We had a problem with the card and the reception staff was very kind and solved the problem.

Breakfast was crowded, not very good, and not very varied
Room was decent, clean. Kitchenette was provided with enough utensils and appliances. Downtown location was along Rue Peel near Blvd. De Maisonneuve Quest with several dining options.

Not all elevators were functioning, especially at peak breakfast times, causing long waiting times. Very limited options for vegetarians at breakfast. Toaster and coffee maker were not operational at the electric socket provided in the kitchen.
I requested an accessible room with a walk-in shower, but it was not available when we arrived
