Great location, around a 15-minute walk to the French Quarter and also great access to public transport. Facilities were nice and clean, beds were like pods with curtains which is always nice. The staff was friendly, the common area was nice. The lockers were linked to your keycard so that was nice.

I love the location, the comfortable bed, the bathroom. Only the handicap bathroom, the water rolls on the floor. Concrete needs to be higher to run through the drain. I just found out about it. But it's nice. The other bathrooms are great also. I love the kitchen, TV room, just everything about it. I love it.

Well, I mentioned it in the above paragraph. Just the handicap bathroom that has a seat in it. I just found out about it. The water runs out on the floor, it beats you out of the shower. Concrete needs to be higher so water can run down the drain. Other than that everything is PERFECT.
