The lobby frequently smelled of sewage. The breakfast area had gnats and only a B rating. The halls were narrow and the cleaning staff was extremely noisy, talking and laughing very loudly. The rooms are extremely tiny, no counter area at all in the bathroom, just a small glass shelf that ripped downwards, not allowing anything to stay on it.
Location is excellent for subways and transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff especially kind and attentive.

The first person we met at check-in was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, at times very bad. It seemed like he was doing us a favor. Zero courtesy, zero affability, a very bad look and words. Should be fired
