Dirty, a/c only worked in half the unit had to go buy a fan to keep cool, phone would ring in middle of the night multiple times, outdated
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and they allowed us to do early check-in. Perfect walking distance location for an event at Reliant Stadium. Good restaurants in the area.

We were attending a concert at NRG as most of the hotel was. We were charged an additional $30 to park at the hotel because of the concert. They were also selling parking at the entrance for $40 and those people could park anywhere they wanted. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked, and the stairway is off limits. Yes, no one was allowed to use the stairs. We waited 15-20 mins to get on the elevator. The rooms are outdated and the computer chair was completely broken. I personally won’t be staying there again. It is a poorly run hotel trying to charge like a 4 star upscale hotel and providing a 1 star experience.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work, I asked for a change and they gave me another room with air conditioning that didn't work, finally on the third attempt they gave me a functional room. In the Business Center there were dead cockroaches. The overnight receptionist was not very collaborative, however the manager was very kind and empathetic and helped a lot.
