The stay at the hotel was truly amazing! From the moment we entered, the hotel made a very good impression on us - everywhere was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully scented. It is evident that attention to detail and guest comfort is really at a high level here. The room was very comfortable, and the beds extremely cozy. A huge plus for the super cool pillows - I haven't slept so well in a hotel for a long time! 😊 Breakfast is definitely another strong point - excellent selection, everything fresh and very tasty. Everyone will surely find something for themselves. Special mention also goes to the hotel staff. They were all incredibly nice, helpful, and smiling. A big plus for their very good command of the English language, which made communication smooth and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Prague. Great atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, delicious breakfasts, and fantastic service - everything at a really high level. I will gladly return! ❤️

Everything!!! This accommodation is spectacular, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! Breakfast is plentiful, has everything, the rooms are clean, beautiful, and cozy. There are bathrobes, slippers, and a minibar. Moreover, it is very close to the metro.

I didn't like it because they canceled my reservation out of the blue without notice, just a few days before my stay. But I managed to book again, although at a higher price

Check-in and check-out at the reception take a long time and waiting in line can take more than half an hour. The room view was not as stated in the booking. There is no drinking water in the room even though there is a kettle.
