I love this hotel because of the people. They are all wonderful, and they do everything in their power to help, if you need it. The hotel, like at least 30% of the hotels in this country, is owned by private equity. If the hotel was independently owned, it would receive a consistent 5-star rating by its guests. The rooms smell damp, one of the rooms had a wet carpet we informed when leaving at 9 am and when we arrived at 8 pm they had not solved anything, the bathroom the toilet the faucet did not work, the TV remote control either, this hotel lacks a lot of maintenance it is very bad
