The location is bad.

We paid €100 for fries, pasta, and calamari. The rooms were very outdated, dirty. The play area for kids is ridiculously outdated and not safe.
This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels we encountered in Europe. It has an amazing outdoor area and garden. You can relax or sit closer to the music for a nice vibe. Very uplifting.

The staff was not warm and welcoming. They can be short and to the point. The restaurant staff was especially unfriendly. They left me standing while I waited for service until I pushed to be attended to.

Certain things on the menu missing
The heating system did NOT WORK effectively, I froze from the cold, I requested the problem to be fixed and it ended up with the thermostat being completely turned off because it only blew cold air.
