The staff service was the best part. All were very attentive and helpful especially Christian. The breakfast was very acceptable and the room very spacious.

I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel that did not come with a hairdryer in the room. I had to ask for one. The bed was not very comfortable /firm. The elevator is old and needs replacement. The floor numbers did not respond when punched. Last, I have stayed at many NH before(CDM, Valencia, Lisbon) and they all use the same scent/diffuser in the lobby and halls. It is a bad, strong and unpleasant scent. In my opinion it should be changed to something more soft and delicate.

Pienso que debieran poner al menos dos botellas de agua de cortesia. Eramos dos personas y solo teniamos 1 toalla de manos. A pesar que lo indicamos no nos pusieron. Nunca supe donde encender AA. La puerta del baño es incomoda, quizas se pueda hacer una corrediza. Mi cajilla de seguridad no funciono, pero no lo reporte. El colchon pienso que es hora de cambiarlo, no se siente tan comodo.

Primera vez que me va mal con un hotel, ustedes lo tienen como 5 estrellas y no tiene nada de 5 estrellas. Está viejo , ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado , sábanas viejas con motas, ascensor sucio. Yo lo lamento mucho, pero para uno es la mala experiencia .
