On September 7, 2026, in the evening/night, the security guard was inside the premises and outside there were several people asking for money. They only asked guests to show their card and did not take care of them when they arrived at the hotel. An area they need to improve.

Old room, shower with mold, no shampoo, no lotion, no conditioner, bad lights, uncomfortable beds. Everything looked quite old and poorly maintained, for the price I think it's an insult

The noise in the room we stayed in, it sounded like water running through the pipes all the time. The breakfast has good options, but it was very crowded regardless of the time. In other words, the hotel can accommodate a lot of people, but some areas of the hotel were not well dimensioned when it is 100% occupied (or close to it)
