The only issue was the internet, as it didn't reach the rooms well. Also, the TV signal was almost nonexistent. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The hotel has been out of service for over a month. Expedia never notified us nor the hotel. We arrived and the hotel was out of service. The Expedia virtual assistant took over 1 hour to say the hotel is not answering, a refund will be made, and you should resolve your issue as best as you can. Terrible experience with Expedia. Very bad experience.

We booked a weekend through VIVA, but when we arrived, the hotel only had a poster with a text that stated that 'due to administration change and inventory we are closed,' so we were stranded there without prior notice. This was a horrible experience.

Neglected hotel, lacking maintenance that urgently needs a renovation especially in the rooms. On our 2nd night of stay, we received a WhatsApp message indicating that we had to leave the next day because they had legal problems. We were missing one night of stay and everything was already paid.

Excellent place with good service and attention from the employees, only the cable system of the TVs didn't work. One day my mom stayed in the room and couldn't connect it, and there was no one available to check it. Out of the 7 days, we only had access to 2 open TV channels for 2 days.
