We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with my wife and our two-year-old son. One of the highlights was the children's play area, which was a great addition for families traveling with young children. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The included breakfast was decent, although nothing particularly special. One small inconvenience was that basic amenities such as a shower cap and sewing kit had to be requested rather than being readily available in the room. The hotel staff deserve special praise for their excellent English skills and, most importantly, their outstanding customer service. After we checked out, we realized that our son had left one of his toys behind. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging to send it back to us via FedEx. They even went back to FedEx to correct some paperwork to make sure everything was handled properly. This level of effort and care was genuinely appreciated and deserves a big 10/10 for customer service! The hotel also offers spa facilities included in the stay, although unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try them out. Overall, we had a good experience, particularly as a family traveling with a small child. While there are a few minor areas for improvement, the spacious room, family-friendly facilities, and especially the exceptional staff made our stay a positive one. We would like to give a special thank you to the team for going above and beyond to help us recover our son's beloved toy!
