Room was small, tight, and unfriendly. Showering was only possible in the bathtub. Toilet and heating radiator were installed too close to each other.
The reception was very good, our suitcases were brought inside for us. Spacious hotel with spacious rooms, which is not obvious in Copenhagen. We really enjoyed using the Executive Lounge. Delicious snacks and drinks. The location in the center is great, you can walk everywhere.

The rooms are not cheap, but we found out that nothing is cheap in Copenhagen. The floors in the hotel are uneven in places. Very special. There was a smell in our room as if someone had smoked, but it could also have been the air conditioning. Otherwise, we didn't have any problems.
The antique and unique feeling. The hotel exuded history. Everything was so beautifully and exquisitely decorated. The hotel room was very stylish and nice. However, a small window, but it didn't matter because the view was so nice anyway.

There was a step down into the bathroom - my husband and I were forever worried we would kill ourselves on it. Also the experience booking this through booking.com was dreadful. Not the property's fault but I felt they could've managed it better. They left me to do battle with them through booking.com until we got my double charge removed.
