The “blackout curtains” on the 3rd floor are not actually usable. They appear to be made of cardboard and are simply attached on top of the flimsy, see-through curtains. Since bright streetlights shine directly through the windows at night, all of the 3rd-floor rooms really need proper blackout curtains. We have trouble to sleep after a long flight
Couldn't enjoy breakfast because our flight was 6am and had to leave the hotel by 4am. It was a very quick stay (like a total of 8 hours) literally checked in, and went to bed to get up at 3am.

The breakfast was excellent. I was very happy that they had gluten free options for my dietary needs, such as oatmeal, oat milk and non-wheat cereals.

The housekeeping was marginal and it wasn't clear exactly when they would clean the rooms. After the first 2 nights of no cleaning, I requested a cleaning early in the morning. When we got back to the room later that evening, nothing was done. When I called the front desk to request a cleaning, they said housekeeping went home, so I requested cleaning for the next day. They finally cleaned the room, but did not provide washclothes or new drinking cups. I had to ask for them separately.
