It is not a hotel, we carried our luggage 3 floors, no elevator and no bellman or anyone to help. Breakfast is less than 2 stars for five days we eat the same 2 eggs and piece of cheese with the remainder being served the following day and no desserts. The big surprise there is no boiler or coffee and tea facility in the room and the receptionist believed that this is the 4-star facilities.
