The location was superb. One straight road once you walk out of the hotel - you get to Tsim Sha Tsui station. If you turn right - you get to the Star Ferry and Bus terminus!

Unfortunately one of the rooms we had was quite damp.

Double room with an extra bed, previously booked as a 3-bed type but not available on-site, so adding a small bed in the middle of the double bed feels like it's for a child to sleep on.

The air smelled like mold from the AC which had clearly not been cleaned in ages. The bed was the least comfortable thing I've tried to sleep on in years. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Location: it is walking distance (although it is a good 15-10 minute walk) from the Airport Express station and also from Kowloon East, which are the fast trains to China. It is also walking distance from the TST metro station, which provides access to all of Hong Kong. The hotel is located within a shopping center, which gives direct access to shops and a range of restaurants. In this shopping center, there is a well-stocked supermarket.

The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. The beds are comfortable but firm, ideal for those who like them that way. The bathrooms are good, and a very pleasant shower.
