we booked a double room. they messed up our booking and then they made us pay to have two beds instead of one. reception was not very professional. almost rude.
I loved absolutely everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing especially Tomas and ‘G’. The food in the restaurant was superb and the breakfast was really good especially as you could order fresh food as well as the buffet.
