Very comfortable, close to Shin Osaka station, onsen, common facility for tea/coffee

Nothing really
The location near the train station was the prime reason for booking the hotel as we arrived by Shinkansen from Odawara. We had stayed at the same hotel in Tokyo and already knew that the service and facilities were going to be great.
