It's a large area just below the Sky Tower, very convenient to take the airport shuttle bus, fully equipped with various facilities, very large room, twin room with two double beds, breakfast was also good, luggage storage was convenient

The beds were super comfortable; it's got all the facilities that we needed. We enjoyed the central location, I came with a car and it was easy to get to designated car park even in central city. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety to choose from.

The plugs/charge output are a bit dated - would be great if there's USB charging outlets. Also, a separate shower cube would be preferred than a bath tub/shower combination.
The gym was modern and well equipped. FOC early check-in was very convenient and Joy (who checked us in) was very helpful and efficient. She had a very pleasant manner. Buffet breakfast had an awesome selection. The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous.

The water at breakfast tasted funny.... like it was over-chlorinated.
