El hall muy a gusto desde que entras, un olor excelente, limpio, amplio , bonito, muy bien. Al llegar nos dijeron que se supone era una habitación superior a la pagada pero la ducha iba mal, vistas a un patio, hubo una botella vacía de Cocacola debajo de la cama en el suelo....nos cambiaron a otra habitación algo mejor. Eso sí, con vistas a un patio. Gestionaron bien el cambio. Es lo que se espera de este hotel. Muy amables todos, eso sí. El Rooftop al que fuimos a cenar muy chulo. La chica de acogida del Rooftop muy amable.

Es un hotel se debe a sus clientes, hacerles sentir cómodos y bien acogidos. Cuáles son los idiomas más hablados? Hay herramientas para comunicarse y hacer sentir a los clientes mejor? Un japonés, coreano, chino, español, italiano, francés etc No todo tiene que ser en inglés aunque sea internacional. Yo, por ejemplo , no lo domino, soy de una generación que no lo domina. Me pregunto, en el momento actual, hay herramientas que se puedan utilizar para comunicarnos mejor? Un WhatsApp en tu idioma con recepción por ejemplo? así de sencillo. En el Rooftop, si se da el servicio de cena, no tienen que dar " prisas" implícitas. Quitar platos vacíos mientras el resto, seguíamos comiendo. Eso, no procede y se lo comentamos a Carlos que era raro esa forma de gestionar. Nos dijo que al ser Rooftop las cenas eran "rápidas". No lo veo. Tenía mayor expectativas en el global de hotel+Rooftop. En global 7/10. Turistas españoles , familia de 4 personas. Pasamos 16 días , 14 en New York y 2 en Washington. Creo que se puede mejorar. La ciudad y monumentos me encantaron. Un 10.

The bed was too small and low to the floor. The shower door opening out rather than in was hazardous. Lots of water dripped from the door to the floor upon getting out of the shower.
