there is room for improvement for breakfast: yogurt quality (preferably in a jar), more fresh fruit and a wider selection of cooked foods - the "real" Italian espresso is missing as well as a good cappuccino - also, it would be better to use jams in glass jars

Despite an email with specific requests such as a bathrobe 2 weeks prior, the hotel was unable to accommodate this upon arrival
Fantastic hotel in a superb location! We had a great room with everything one could wish for. The breakfast was good and the service very good. We will stay here again when we are in Berlin
