The staff is not very friendly. They ask for a lot of data upon arrival, data that should already be registered. The check-in process is very long. They asked for my personal email and I refused to give it (>receptionist's bad attitude and disdainful comment). Also, they monitor the customers' movements a lot. You had to leave the room key at the reception when leaving the hotel!! (and then it took time to get it back upon return, you had to ask for it). When returning at night, the entrance door to the establishment was closed and they had put up the sign "back in 5 minutes" (!!!!!!) So, we waited outside at night for 5 minutes when we had a paid room inside....... Well, all very Parisian.

Absolutely tiny and dark room with limited space and a cramped bathroom/shower. The “courtyard view” was disappointing, and the advertising for the one-bed rooms was misleading and did not match expectations.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the attention of the staff, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast room was also very nice.

The size of the rooms, too small for two people.
We had a larger room, which was wonderful. I slept in and missed the maid, but the front desk called to check if I wanted a room freshen, which was most appreciated.
