Road noise at night. I wish the windows were double glazed. Perhaps the harbour view would be less noisy. Conference facilities were great. Food served was well planned for all tastes

I was told when the room is ready they will call me, and they didn’t. When I got back to check they said oh yes it’s been ready. Wasn’t happy as I had an early flight too. Plus it was my son’s 13th birthday on Sunday 06/9/26. They said yes they will get something organised for him in the room. But nothing was done. Very disappointed about that too.
