Excellent location, close to 2 main subway lines and within walking distance from the palace museum. Beautiful facilities, comfortable room and bed. Complementary water replaced daily was a great help.

Great location, easy to walk to the main shopping street and close to a subway station. Lovely room. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Hotel staff are friendly and always offered help when needed. Little details are well thought through. We slept very well and would recommend people stay here!

We went to use the swimming pool and found the atmosphere to be not very relaxing. There was no music playing and there were two members of staff sat on the corners of the room seemingly just watching. No one else was at the pool.

Air conditioning was not working. It was too warm in the room. 24 Celsius, and couldn’t get cooler. In the end they gave me a fan
