A very welcoming hotel with a very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the tram. The rooms are well soundproofed and the family room is spacious. The continental breakfast is quite varied. The luggage storage instructions are very practical.

The huge size of the pillows was not very comfortable and the indirect lighting was not great.
