There is nothing redeemable about this hotel. The whole experience was bad, I don't understand why some people rate it well

The facilities on floors and walls are poorly maintained, broken toilet lid, worn sheets and covers give the impression that they are dirty, I asked for a change and they did not do it, I had to use one of my own t-shirts as a cover, the crockery in the restaurant is in poor condition, the shower handle is damaged and I can hardly open it, the noise in the hotel does not allow for rest at night, next to the bathroom of the room there is a public bathroom and when you enter at the same time as the bathroom through a window it feels like a lack of privacy.
